Payment Refund Policy

 Intensive Training Programs:

Refunds will not be given after the 20th day of the onset of the program for one-time purchases and subscription purchases. Subscription purchases refer to the full payment price as specified by the product description.


Refunds processed before the 20th day will incur a 3% charge.


Webinars and Workshops:

Refunds will not be given for webinars or workshops.*Reason for refund must be approved by Octave Innovation admin.To start a return, you can contact us at info@octavetraining.com. If your return is accepted, we will process the refund at that time.
